Marsel Psomas

Marsel is a licensed Real Estate Broker, licensed Mortgage Broker and a Business Broker. He is a “Business Specialist” with Prudential CRES, D.B., specializing in business evaluations and sales, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Marsel earned his bachelor's degree from Embry Riddle University where he also attended MBA Graduate Studies. He is a member of the IBBA (International Business Broker Association) and the M&A Source (Mergers & Acquisitions Association).

Marsel has been a “seasoned and tried” business owner. Over the past 21 plus years, he has managed, developed, owned and operated several restaurants - from small “casual” to large “fine dining” with as many as 175 employees, in New York and in Volusia County. With this extensive experience, especially in the restaurant and hospitality arena, he brings a valuable business expertise to the field of business brokerage.
